If someone could please assist i would appreciate it greatly

Im sure you should notice the header jump & shift, also you will notice the page is taking forever to load, any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

And now on WP i changed the site URL to point to www.paynelessbonds.co.za and now i cannot log into WP due to the other site DNS not changed yet, so now i cannot get back to just the paynelessbonds.co.za for now :/
this isnt my day job obviously

I just checked with chrome, firefox and IE and your site seems to be working just fine.
I don't see any shift. The speed is fair. Far better than some that I've seen around here.
I also checked it on pingdom. Here are the results.
The results can be improved if you look at there suggestions.

Thanks for the reply, although thats the old website which is sitting on www.paynelessbonds.co.za, i have made a re vamped theme, and installed it with WP on paynelessbonds.co.za, although silly thing what i did, was go into the settings under WP and change the site url to the www.paynelessbonds.co.za, and now i cannot access the WP anymore... Once i can get this to point back to the WP one i can then show u the jumps and load issues
thanks again, and advise on switching it back without having to reinstall wp will be great thanks

Redirecting will be done tomorrow for the old one to be removed
If you could try see why the pages and header are jumping on paynelessbonds.co.za, i would appreciate it, thanks

You have a lot of problems with this site, the least of which is that it isn't mobile friendly... artisteer defaults to responsive, so you must have turned it off. Beyond that, I don't see a shift in your header. You may want to decrease the max width and then simplify your header... as well as using JPGs in your header rather than png (which are memory intensive).
