Just upgraded artisteer and happy to have done it in the hope of using your premium artisteer templates. But I wonder if you have a team of designers making these tempaltes, then why they are not being tested on mobile phone mode.

For example the below link on a mobile has the 3 silder, which none show on the mobile screen on an iphone, instead it shows the 3 circles. Then menu when opened is a mess and you can check for yourself how even the color bars on the page are cut off where text suppose to sit.

This is just one example. I am in many cases asking the client to look at these before I purchase them and they see all these problems. A big turn off. I already suggested for you to go over all the templates in mobile mode and make sure things work properly, since so many of the artisteer ones are the same.

Hi Sean,
we're aware that sometimes additional custom CSS is needed in responsive mode in Artisteer to make the site look better.
In general recommendations are mostly concern the Header, for more details please refer to the article
http://www.artisteer.com/?p=responsive_header
Sometimes the slider images should be resized in responsive mode.

In your particular case I'd recommend that you contact BillionDigital support at http://answers.billiondigital.com/Questions

I contacted them. Every template they output has errors with text justification, menus, words running into lines etc. I told them they need quality control and have to look them over before selling them. It seems they do not care and even new templates have same problem. I rather spend ten times more the price and get something that works. All they really need is for someone to go through what they have and spend some time on quality control.
