Responsive menu not showing on iphone |

Help!
I've made a few sites with artisteer, and they all work fine on iphone except my latest one.
I ticked the "responsive" option on export, and the menu changes as expected when pc screen is shrunk. But on iphone4 the menu stays the same as desktop and the whole site is visible so the writing is tiny and unreadable.
Any ideas what is going wrong?

Seems the client has a "frame direct" between 2 variations on their domain which is messing up the iphone/mobile responsive css because it sticks the whole site in an iframe!

That is exactly my problem too, and Yes, i have had my site with a redirect in a frame!
Fixed it, working fine now
