I didn't see anywhere in the 4.3 announcement that they were supporting WooCommerce, where did you read that WooCommerce was supported?

Artisteer themes do not fully support Woocommerce.
Woocommerce themes have some extra files that are used only by Woocommerce.
Therefore Artisteer and majority of WP themes do not generate them.
There are special WordPress themes on the Internet that fully support Woocommerce.
However, I'm not aware of any specific Woocommerce features that didn't work with our themes.
There are some issues related to styling of Woocommerce objects, however, we usually were able to provide our users with css workarounds on them.
