i renewed my subscription but it says my subscription expired.
they don't answer for weeks.
are they out of business?
does anybody know how to contact them?

I had similar issue when downloading the Artisteer 4.3 version. I went in and renewed my subscription, then activated the program about 5 times. lol finally went to bed and in the morning it was working.

Hi Dave,
I don't think Artisteer is going anywhere. They have responded to my requests within 24 hours.
Artisteer really does a lot for the $59 That being said Genesis is pretty great as well.

we're talking about templateer. templateer dissapeared.
artisteer is great. really great. i love artisteer, don't confuse. if you build websites, do yourself a favor and get artisteer.

I love Artisteer, and I love what I see in the Billion Themes/Pics promotion. I'm still waiting to hear back before I renew just how these new features play into using Artisteer (do I download another program, fees involved, etc).
TechTom knows I respect his opinions, (at least I think so). And while I may be a confident master of purple (and purposeful) prose, he's got me beat on the CSS front to be sure.

since becoming a member templateer, I have sent over 5 emails. But they never reply .... very bad support
I will not extend membership there, I am now using WP Tuxedo. The support is better, 2 thumbs up

I have been using a templeeter as well and they NEVER ever answer support. Which makes me mad since they sure take your money, but cannot be bothered to help you.

tuxedo diffrent than templateer, but they have good coding. Have good support, with some tricks (you can learn from they forum) you can do much.
You can request some feature for next update... The good news is tuxedo will release new up date, you can read on tuxedo forum. Tuxedo still grow up, templateer is death.. support is horrible.....

Just brought templateer myself, have now downloaded and tried several versions with Artisteer and wordpress and All I keep getting is my sites 10 shades of broken.
One all I get is a header and background, nothing else, another I get duplicate articles on the one page and no Header or Background. It honestly seems to be quite crap and the official site is a nightmare to navigate. All over the place with place holder text.
I have contacted them but sounds like they do not reply. Wish I'd remembered WP-Tuxedo. Might see if I can get a refund and buy that instead.
God know why when I was searching for such a plugin all that came back was glowing reviews of templateer from 2012.
Might be time for Artisteer to clena up these forums and lock old threads and maybe actually create an actual forum that works and requires sign up.
So much for not plugging 3rd party stuff here, this forum is full of it.

I too purchased Templateer, just to find out they have absolutely no support. I petitioned my credit card company to get my money back, but Templateer told them I had never tried to contact them for support. So my petition was denied.
This was simply not true. They do not respond to support requests.
Thank you for the tip about WP Tuxedo. I will give it a try!

I have been a Templateer fan for a few years. I also have been with WP Tuxedo since the beginning as I liked where it was going. I think Bud (templateer) opened the door to getting a whole lot more out of Artisteer sites.
I have added to my general kit the Plug-in Page Builder by Site Origin. The one issue I have been chasing is the ability in Templateer to show post excerpts from a post category on a page. Page builder has widget 'Post Loop' which allows this and I am also exploring some of the masonry plugins to catch this functionality.
WP Tuxedo are also talking about developing magazine style layouts which will probably do some of this once it is happeneing.
