Hi Lenny,
If you're exporting "Website" template, then this is pretty much what Artisteer generates.
It generates your page with php and html code, the folder with images, .css and .js file. It also generates index.html as all website hostings refer to this file as to the home page of the website.
If you're using a trial version, you can check it by yourself. Exporting "Website" templates is possible in a trial version.
