Artisteer 4.2 "Responsive" - Background image is fixed, while scroll the image moves (jumps).
Problem with IE11 - Firefox and Safari it's OK.
Is there a solution how I could customize the CSS in addition?

OK, looks like this may be an issue with IE, not Artisteer. http://connect.microsoft.com/IE/feedback/details/795070/mouse-wheel-issue-with-position-fixed-images
They are aware of the problem.

I have a jumpy background image on my website as well ONLY with IE11 browser...
