Dnn 7 Document Manger problem

I recently updated DNN to the most current version of DNN Enterprise 7.2.0
the skins I created have stopped working properly. I created the skins with an earlier version of Artisteer they do not work properly any more. However a skin I made skin from scratch works fine. So I imported the old skins and Artisteer said the skin has been updated. However The Document Manger does not show any files at all in it but only in Artisteer skins that where made from scratch in the current version. Any thoughts?
