Error when exporting an Artisteer template to Drupal 7

We have a very strange problem in our society. We work with Artisteer 4.2 and Drupal 7. We have installed Artisteer on two computers (a desktop and a laptop) at home. When we try to export an Artisteer template to Drupal 7 at home, everything goes well. However, when we take our laptop to our society, and try to do the same, we get an error:

"Unable to export project.
Reason: Wrong server response.
Error code: 602-0.
Artisteer 4.2.0.60623”

Is this due to the fact that in some sense Artisteer remebers at which ip-address it was installed?

Same problem here. This needs Artisteer attention asap.

I did not renew my subscription to be at the mercy of artisteer server issues due to policing of pirated software.

Same here.
This was working for me last night - so it has nothing to do with customers' firewalls or ISP service.

I am very disappointed that we have not heard from Artisteer at this point. I am now forced to go back to an older version - and I just forked over a renewal a few days ago.
