Try again and again, sometimes, their export-server is down...

Fool thought that the error 702 appears at the end of the annual period of support, bought another year of support, and the result is the same ... Need a version which will give a template for Joomla 3.1.x ... :-@

- try to open http://54.218.66.112/ in Chrome Browser.
You should see "Cannot GET /"

I need to say something to this - do not disable your firewall. Go into your AVG settings and allow Artisteer to connect to the Internet but keep the protection active on the rest.

I had the same problem. No suggestion on the firewall worked for me. Before I was exporting the template without problems. Suddenly stopped exporting. I went to eliminating element by element of my template and trying to export it until it worked. I found that the problem was at the footer because I had put a custom php code. I erased the code and it worked. Then I put the code manually in the exported template.

In most cases it helps to temporarily disable antivirus and firewall. If it doesn't help, please contact support.
