When a video or other embedded multimedia is taken to fullscreen, items in the header and menu present themselves as an annoying overlay on the embedded media.
This does not occur in all browsers. It definitely happens in IE10, but not in Google Chrome on Win7.
I feel sure this could be fixed in the CSS somehow, but need pointers!

Now it appears this behavior is limited to IE. It happens in IE 8 on WinXP, IE9 on Vista, and IE10 on Win7.
