Artisteer 4.1 and Joomla 3.1.5.

As you probably know, there was a gaping security hole in previous versions of Joomla 3.x (<a href="http://krebsonsecurity.com/2013/08/simple-hack-threatens-oudated-joomla-sites/">see here</a> if you didn't know).

So I upgraded to Joomla 3.1.5., and now my Artisteer responsive template no longer works on smartphones (or at least on iPhones, which is what we tested on) -- you can't click on anything. Here's a <a href="http://www.nuevaschool.org/academics/philosophy-and-overview">sample page</a>.

I contacted support, and they said, "Unfortunately Artisteer 4.1 doesn't support Joomla 3.1.5." Even the 4.2 beta doesn't, even if I were willing to use a beta, and one that requires the cloud.

So, does anyone have a fix?

Thanks,

Matt

Wow, what a mess -- didn't look like that in preview. Here's an edited version:

You using the latest stable 4.1 (supposedly stable)?

I have some site and they work as good as any Joomla 3.0 sites.

I am surprised they said that.

You have some js errors on the site. Most likely causing this. Search the forums for 4.1.0.60046 and try that. It was an internal release before 4.2 came out that I use. I think it fixed the js error plaguing the stable (beta - RC) 4.1.

I checked the forums, and a lot of people refer to it, but I don't see any download links. Do you know where I can get a copy?

Thanks,

Matt

8-) install the Joomla plugin "DS Constant" worked for me. It basically adds the code if(!defined('DS')) define('DS', DIRECTORY_SEPARATOR); to your page because DS are depreciated. This worked for me. :-)
