On the bulleted list, could you expand a little on what this means?
"Preview for responsive web design modes & customization of each responsive view (via dropdown in the top-right corner)."

Still, why do you care. Install the thing and try it.
What don't you understand? It a preview. Look up preview in the dictionary.
