Won't let me publish from program |

I have completed my theme. Yesterday, when i had the free trial before i purchased it today, I uploaded a sample to test it and it worked fine.
When I try and do it, I get to the part where I log in to my blogger account, and it will not let me select a blog, it keeps saying to verify my username/password. How do I do this?? Look: 
Help would be appreciated. And when I tried to export it and paste the .xml code into my blog's html it says that there is a b tag missing? thanks. I'd rather just publish it from artisteer.
