Header and Slgoan not showing |

Hi
I have just started using Joomla 3.1 and I installed a template I created in the latest version of Artisteer and all went well apart from the header and the slogan. Neither of these are showing and I am not able to work out why or where I can add these. I have another website that uses almost the same tempate but for Joomla 2.5 and there hasn't been any problems with that header.
It just appears that the header and slogan didn't export or there is no option where to add these as there was in Joomla 2.5. I would really appreciate some help with this issue.

Oh, this is not the Joomla section either. Probably another reason for your loss, you can't read.
