I've been messing with the Artisteer 4.1 responsive software & decided to have a go at a simple 1 page vertical scrolling theme. I think it turned out OK, and should work pretty well for mobiles, and thought I'd share how I went about it...
If you can follow my rubbish notes, you can turn any of your own themes into a similar vertical scrolling style :)

For anyone interested in creating single page scrolling site - I've now found a much better and easier method.
Just use the lovely "Scroll to ID" plugin - https://wordpress.org/plugins/page-scroll-to-id/
This does most of the hard work for you. Just create a long page and use anchorlinks to break it up into sections. Use your anchorlinks in a custom menu.
