Unable to make my Artisteer theme work in Wordpress |

Hi,
I´m having a problem making my Artisteer theme work in the latest version of Wordpress.
I followed the intructions and uploaded the theme to Wordpress. Everything work fine with the imported contents, but when I create a new page or post it does not show my formatting as seen in the theme.
I tried making a template page with "div" from Artisteer in it, but nothing work.
Here´s my page.php :
<?php get_header(); ?> <?php get_sidebar('top'); ?> <?php if (have_posts()) { /* Start the Loop */ while (have_posts()) { the_post(); get_template_part('content', 'page'); } } else { theme_404_content(); } ?> <?php get_sidebar('bottom'); ?> <?php get_footer(); ?>
And here is the div generated by Artisteer:

I follow the example in the theme "twentyeleven" to place the div in my page.php, but without success.
I really hope anybody will help me solving this problem.
I´m using Artisteer 4.1.0.59782 Standard Edition and Wordpress Version 3.5.1 on the latest version of Firefox.

Hi, Elijah,
This has worked well for me:
http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/easy-content-templates/
Create a template based on the div layout, then when you create a new page just apply the template, then work your page content from there.

I created a template based on the page.php and the div. Then I created a new page in Wordpress, selected my template and added some text. But nothing work 
On my Artisteer theme, I have some margin and padding that does not seem to be working.
Here my template page:

I don´t know why, but it seems like my style.css is not rendered properly. Any way to correct this?

It creates content pages - not the coded pages.

Thanks again Abland, but I strongly think, there´s something wrong with my style.css an Wordpress
I just install the plugin you recommended, followed the procedure, but neither my post or page shows like the Artisteer theme I built.
