How to add my own graphic to block header?? |

Sorry, i didn't want to open a new topic for the same problem, so i revived this one 
How can i do that? I wanna put some images instead of text for each block header.
I use Joomla. But i searched and tried everything. Since putting like an "icon" or a "background image".. but with the icon, i cant resize.. and with BG, the image duplicates over all block-header background, of course
