How to add RSS feed to page

Open the site window -->Ctrl+u... new window will open now with html tags and all... then find (ctrl+F)... feed/RSS
You can select these type:
1. RSS href http:// yoursite./posts/default/rss
2. Atom href: http://yoursite./posts/default/
