I am using using Artisteer 4.0 version. I made a template and exported it for wordpress. I installed it and not I want to remove
" Your email address will not be published. Required fields are marked * "
From over the comment box. Can you please tell me how I can remove it? Which .php file I need to edit and where will it be?
I need it urgently .

I understand now. Add this to the bottom of your functions.php:
function change_up($fields) {
$fields['comment_notes_before'] = '<p class="comment-notes">YOUR TEXT HERE</p>';
return $fields;
}
add_filter('comment_form_defaults','change_up');

Edit the functions.php code from above to include the title:
function change_up($fields) {
$fields['comment_notes_before'] = '<p class="comment-notes">YOUR TEXT HERE</p>';
$fields['title_reply'] = __( 'New Title' );
return $fields;
}
add_filter('comment_form_defaults','change_up');
