Vertical menu always on top with position:fixed |

Dear developers,
I suggest we add an option for vertical menu, to be "always on top" with position fixed, so when you scroll the page down, you still have the menu bar at the top of the page.
Something like Facebook, LinkedIn, Google does. It's a handy feature for website visitors and one of web design trends nowadays.
Plus it should be super easy to implement, when Artisteer users select menu bar to be outside of header/sheet and have a "page width".
A simple "position:fixed" in CSS would solve it.
