Time out on upload and no header image |

In the past I've had no problems uploading templates. Decided to do one in v4 and it uploaded fine EXCEPT for the header - nothing there. I checked in the HTML and there's pretty much no reference to any header.
So remade in v3 (which has never failed before). Went to upload and I got a timeout error. Nothing fixes it. Now the timeout may be an Imageshack thing but I need to get it resolved.
Any ideas anyone?
