Is there a way to use 1 photo for the whole site, except the sheet, where the information is written, would be somewhat transparent. A visitor would see what the full picture is, but it wouln't interfere with their ability to read the sheet.

Yes, you can simply insert the image as body background and make the sheet semi transparent.

I am wanting to create an image as a background that you can see through the sheet as well, however when I insert the image into the background it zooms in on a section of my image and I don't seem to have an option for changing the position like you can when with images in a header.
Any suggestions anyone? ta

Are you using Home or Standard edition? I noticed that Standard edition has texture position while Home edition does not.

I am using Home Edition. I am able to change the position of images in Header but I cannot find a way to do this with a background image.
