As i say in title - After theme installation on web site, In admin panel Theme Options are not saved after they change in Wordpress template and saves.
/wp-admin/themes.php?page=functions.php
after clicking the button Save Changes, display a 404 page not found and does not save the changes.

Make sure the file permissions on your server are configured correctly, contacting Artisteer support may also be helpful.

I cheked it out, looking good all others work and no permission problem detected in plugins, editing pages, posts

Try reverting back to default permalink structures for testing.

Hello Garry!
When reverted to default permalink - its show me this text:
406 Not Acceptable
An appropriate representation of the requested resource /wp-admin/themes.php could not be found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

It seems to be a Wordpress or hosting server related issue, I'll suggest you to post it on Wordpress forums of a quick solution.
