Cannot get 3rd column to show on upload |

I have a website (and this has happened before) that I have built in Artisteer 4 with three columns and export it as a zip and upload it to the server (I am using WordPress). When looking at the theme on the upload themes or themes page it shows that template has 3 columns but when viewed live or view a page or try to make and changes there is only 2 columns, the third column to the right is missing??? Any ides??
