You can export from: Ideas menu item -> Export or Ctrl+ E keyboard shortcut.
Or install following latest version: http://www.artisteer.com/?p=download_mac

I too have the same issue with not being able to export a template.

Hello Garry,
That didn't work either. So I got frustrated and removed Artisteer from my system completely.
I then downloaded the install file again and re-installed and the same problem persisted. Then, for no reason that I can tell, I can now export. The option is no longer greyed out.
Not quite sure what did it, but I can now work again in Artisteer.

Trying to export website html files and Export is greyed out?
cmd E only brings up the export to artisteer.net box.
When exporting a joomla template version the Export works???
Any ideas---anyone----------

Ok I had the same problem when exporting an html website I am building, some of my images did not display at all... Then I noticed the ones that does display contains no white spaces in the filename.jpg. its probably a coding bug... Hope this will help

after years of happily use of artisteer, suddenly I can't export for Wordpress anymore. I have nothing changed on my iMac, use still OS 10.6.8.
How come?????????
I have tried averything including System restart.
That puts me in trouble with my custormer. I should urgend upload a template update! who can help?

Do you see any error message? Please try to press CMD+E to invoke the export pop up.

 I can't export artisteer project because of error 702 and i can't close it because i don't want to erase my written data

All of a sudden today i cannot export Artisteer Templates - the program locks up and I get an error. Does the program connect to the internet to export? Are you having trouble with your server or something. Please let me know when this will be fixed.
