You need to understand, the difference between php and HTML.

You designed "HTML" elements and tried to make it a wordpress theme. You simply cannot do this. basically your template looked like this:

<table>
<tr>
<td>// stuff here</td>
<td>// stuff here</td>
</tr><tr>
<td>// stuff here</td>
<td>// stuff here</td>
</tr></table

However wordpress NEEDS a proper php page template to display pages and it's just far too complex for Artisteer to assign the text you enter into the TinyMCE into the correct conent layout.... How would it know?

You can however easily make your own page. I suggest for a complex layout page hardcode the actual content as well and name it "LandingPage.php" or whatever, more info here:

http://codex.wordpress.org/Post_Types

Ok so basically a single wordpress page viewed by a user is made up of about 15 or more php files these include, header, footer, sidebar(s), functions, page, and post. etc.

So each area is a different file. When you make a post the content data (the text and images in the page) is stored in the database. Not on a file.

OK so lets say we want to create a landing page that is just 1 giant image instead of all that stuff. First take "page.php" and copy it and name the copy "myLandingPage.php" now at the top of the page you need to have a HTML comment that lets php know it's a template:

<?php
/*
Template Name: myLandingPage
*/
?>

Then instead of having php add all the typical stuff that your theme would add you just make you standard HTML template.

<?php
echo " (YOUR CONTENT LAYOUT GOES HERE) "
?>

or something to that nature, I'm still playing with it and pretty much doing exactly what I just described. Very easy to create a style for every sidebar option within the 1 theme, 2 sidebar on the right, 1 sdie right, 1 side left, no sidebar etc.
But adding whole different content is a little trickier.

OK so once you have created your Landingpage.php and added the comment at the top, if you go into wordpress create a new page call it "home" or index in the title and on the right menu next to save/publish etc select "myLandingPage" as the template for that page and then publish it then go to settings -> reading -> front page displays -> select static post -> select the page you just created.

Enjoy.

Ill post back with any problems I encounter doing this, but logically there's no reason why this shouldn't work with a pretty much entire php file filled with HTML content as it does work for the other tests I performed. It's pretty easy when you get the hang of what you're doing.

Hi Yair,
Save your work as a zipped Wordpress Theme.
Unzip it.
Use FTP to copy your new (unzipped) Artisteer theme folder to your Wordpress themes folder.
Go to your Wordpress dashboard > Appearance > themes.
Activate the theme.
Go to Pages > All pages. You should see a new home page created by Artisteer.
You can open that page in the Wordpress (html) editor.
There's another thread here somewhere that tells you which code to add to make the page display correctly.

Remember that this is a beta version. Save often!

You'll fix it in the edit page / html view (Wordpress back end).

Hope this helps.

In addition, online gambling has many other advantages for players. For example, an online casino https://slots-online-canada.ca/free-slots/classic-slots/ not only offer free slot machines, but also help to form communities where people can establish friendships and help themselves through these communities.
