Since you're using Blogger -- are you clicking upload from the top of the program? I've tried uploading the XML documents, and for some reason Blogger is not good to do that with.
Also, as it gets the code together, press the button at the bottom of the screen after you've copied it, because with the new Blogger interface, when editing HTML, it doesn't work as well as with the old interface -- and pressing the button on the Artisteer program takes you to the old interface.
