Using 2 menus for a DotNetNuke skin |

Hi,
I'm creating a skin for a DotNetNuke website that contains 2 menus. One horizontal menu just below the header and one vertical menu in the sidebar. Both menus have to be different but when I import this skin into dotnetnuke and create pages...if I check off the "Include on Menu" option, it appears on both menus but I only want it to appear on the sidebar menu. Is there a way aroung this? Do I just have to remove my horizontal menu from my skin and create a module for it in dotnetnuke?
