Header has gone CRAZY again! Even using Imageshack!

Well, now the header is going wonky again, with Imageshack being the chosen image hosting site. Is anyone else experiencing this? When I uploaded the design AGAIN using Imageshack, it worked fine. But for how long? Is this something that's going to continue to happen? It's so frustrating! I feel awful because it's happening to the same clients. Let's just hope it works after uploading the design again. Thanks for your input!
