Hi, how can I upload a pdf document to my artisteer web? And then people can download it?

You can do it very easily by uploading your PDF on your hosting server and listing its URL anywhere on your site or making its URL a hyperlink.

Can you tell which type of document can I upload on the hosting server?
Also .doc and ppt?

Pretty much any type you want. It is better to convert proprietary file type to PDF.

Right click in the article, select Edit source HTML and add following HTML:
<a href="http://www.yoursite.com/your-file.pdf">This as a PDF</a>
and upload the pdf file in root of your site using an FTP client.

This reminds me of MSDBA's that don't even know how to format a hard drive. Yet, somehow scarier.

I'm sorry but NOT being able to insert a PDF just as easily as you can any IMAGE is just ridiculous! Since this post dates back to 2012, I guess you won't be doing anything to fix this problem that doesn't exist in other Sitebuilders.

Artisteer isn't a sitebuilder. Perhaps you'd feel more comfortable weaving baskets or simply finding a different career altogether?
