I have submitted a ticket for this but in the meantime I thought I'd check here just in case anyone else has encountered this issue and knows of a possible fix or related bug.

I'm using Artisteer Version: 3.1.0.48375 Standard on Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit, on a very clean / well-powered system.

I'm creating an HTML template in Artisteer and when I use the Edit tab to add text and images inside a Block, when I click IMAGE button in the EDIT toolbar and then select an image from a folder on my hard drive (A standard .jpg file, 192kb), I get the following "Unhandled Exception" error:

I've searched the forum for other reports of this kind of thing, and it seems I can only find posts that are specific to people creating Joomla templates, whereas I'm just using the Website/HTML feature.

Has anyone else experienced this with HTML templates and do you know of an existing bug and/or work-around?

Thanks!

Hi,

Do you have spaces in image file names?

Yes I did, and removing the space resolves the issue.

Thanks very much!
