Sidebar exeed limits for Russian page |

I have locale bilingual site Eng\RU on Drupal 7.12. A bug in sidebar appears when I switch to RU – sidebar “Recent Comments” exceed page limits. It appears on every Artisteer theme. How to overcome this bug?
