License key not sent and no response from emails and support ticket

I purchased the standard version of the software early this Yesteday. I received my paypal invoice immediately, but never got my activation key. It was not in my span folder. I sent 2 emails to their sales email and opened a support ticket. No response. I searched for their phone number, but could not find one. I thought the software looked promising, but with this kind of service, I am getting very leary and may do a chargeback on paypal. Is this typical service from them and does anyone have their phone number? If they won't even answer a sales email, what chance is there of have a technical support issue resolved in a timely manner.

For whatever reason, I did not receive an email, but the license key was on the support ticket response.
