Blogger Header Skewed - Just a little... |

I'm working on a blog design for a client... the entire blog was off a little and I had to manually go into the code and change things a bit... I still can not figure out exactly what I need to do to get my header image to line up perfectly... it's off a little on the left and right sides... here is the blog address:

I am having issues like this too. I went to my blog for the first time after the new version came out and everything was skewed and only half the post was readable because the background was showing.
So I made a new template. But everything is off. The header is way too small. I can't figure out how to make it fit the whole top space like I used to be able to. I made a third template and this time it's okay, but not what I want. I had to compromise a lot with this template and there are STILL spaces between widgets and posts that I do not want. I also could not have a text box directly under the header like I had done before, so I had to move it to the top right corner.

The whole thing does NOT look like it does in the artisteer program- it completely warps in Blogger, even after I mess around with arranging things.

I had problems with the header image as well, as first it showed too small in IE and a few weeks later also in FireFox. First I thought, an update would handle that automatically, but when the problem remained, I tried to upload a new and updated template to Blogger, but now the whole layout it completely off, as the background stops at 800px and does not adjust to my blogs width of 900px, though the new template and old template both were for 900 px and appear correct in Artisteer. The Menu now no longer shows and all manual adjustments I tried just remaine without result.

But I temporarily set it to a Blogger template, to at least show the blogs somehow,as right at the moment that blogger has an event going on.
