Blocks Fill In Color Greyed Out |

In the Layout, I have Styled Columns activated. Then under the Column Style Tab, I have the Fill in Color. Then when I go to the Blocks, the Fill In Color is greyed out when I go to the Content Tab. All the Shapes and Effect in this Content Tab are all greyed out.
Any ideas on how to fix this? Thx.

It's probably because of the "style" of block you are choosing to use. If your block hasn't got a background, that area will be greyed out, if it hasn't got a border, that area will be greyed out.
