Template is in Mirror / Reverse in Drupal 6, after downloading the upgraded version of Artisteer |

Help! I recently accepted the upgrade from Artisteer. And now, our Drupal 6 template is showing in reverse order on layout. For example, the left block is on the right. The contents that was on the left before, now is on the right.
It's like looking at the site on the back of it. Does anyone has a clue how to fix it?
