Hello,

Recently I formatted my PC because of some failings with the operating system. I first uninstalled my activation-required programs because I think it is necesary in order to reactivate them after formatting and making the clean instalation of the OS.

Now here I come across a doubt. What happen if I lose access to my PC (for any circumstance) and cannot make the uninstall? How the servers manage the new activation request when the older wasn't taked off?

I hope this situation will never presents to me, but would like to know what should I do if so.

Simply send a support case to the Artisteer support team and they will take care of you if you have any issues activating. Generally uninstalling should deactivate Artisteer, but if not, please contact Artisteer support.

How does this work for the Mac version?
We've installed and activated Artisteer on a Mac to try but we now want to uninstall it and use the program on a different Mac. But on a Mac there is no Uninstall function and I can't find an "Unregister" button.

@ Johan

Simply remove the software as you remove another ones and install on new computer.
