No formatting for Terms & Conditions and Privacy pages |

I just uploaded a skin created in 3.1 (RC2) to a DotNetNuke 6.1 website and noticed that the Terms & Conditions and Privacy pages/controls have no formatting applied to them. The text all runs together.
