Javascript expand of menus |

Hi all,
I just bought Artisteer, it seems to do a fantastic job.
I am using it to create Drupal 7 themes.
One problem I have is that all the menus I have where Javascript should make the expand when hovering over them, it does not do anything when exporting the theme and activating it in Drupal.
Is there any special action that has to be done?
The javascript files are in the theme folder. I have checked it. However, no action takes place in Drupal.
Does anyone have a clue about what might be happening?

Hi, I found out why Drupal was not expanding multilevel menus.
One has to click "Show expanded" in every parent-link.
