I designed a template for free to download off my site..the problem is when it asks to save in a folder theres the html kind and the export template....which one would the person who wants it would need?? thanks

That is what I'm after as well shorti6877. It's probably something easy but I just haven't hit on it yet. I'm after the export information as well as how does the user upload the new theme to their blogspot blog. With their new interface, I can't see where a person who downloaded one of my free themes could upload it.

I read that also but still confused on do I save the html file for people to download or the export folder option....may have to keep with the wordpress themes for now..much easier and i like wordpress much more.

Not sure I understand your question completely but you can do it easily both in Wordpress and Blogger.
