When I select New - Web site or Blog - I get the EDIT tap at top, but when I change the template to Blogger - The Edit tab goes away. How do I edit Blogger template? Thanks

The Edit tab appears only for website/blog for editing the content. For editing blogger content , upload the template and post article from blogger dashboard.

I was hoping to use Artisteer to create templates for blogs and websites for other people to use. Will I be able to do that with Blogger templates? And what file extension would I use for someone else to upload these templates?
