can module styles be saved and applied as several different Module Class Suffixes within the same template. Like a style for login and another for module position bottom 2 for example. the styles would just be selected as Module Class Suffix

Hi,
Seems that question is related to Joomla templates. You can craete your own classes and enter them in the Custom CSS in Artisteer and then apply them as the module class suffix in Joomla. But that will need to deal with the CSS code.
