So... I really like the concept of this software... Only problem is that it seems extremely buggy. I am using the trial version of Artisteer... The program always seems to move slower and slower the longer I use it. After awhile it becomes so slow it's unusable and then crashes.

What good is a product support forum if all people say is contact support with that question?
I did open a ticket, but decided to post here anyway so that someone else with the same issue might also be able to weigh in.
So far the reply from support was to use the version 3.1.0.42580 and let them know if I still have the issue.
Well, as it turns out, I am already using version 3.1.0.42580.
Ticket is still open...

On my side, no answer from support.
I think they really don't know why their product generate a memory error
For now, i will not buy this product so it's not about money lost , it's about lack of support (i 'm sure real customers have the same support) ...

My decision to purchase this software depends on the resolution of this not uncommon issue.

I just heard back from support...
They said in a few days a new beta version will be released that should work better with memory. Try it and let them know if the issue persists.
If it works I buy it!

Let me just explain what is my problem
2 differents computers (2 laptops) with SAME PROBLEM
1 is a HP 3190SF - 4go Ram - Ati HD5650 - Windows 7 Family Premium
1 is an Asus Eeepc 1000 with 2 Go of Ram and Intel gfx Card - Windows XP
If it take v 3.0, 3.1 beta 1 or beta 2 same problem
I uninstall previous version
I install Artisteer
I run the program
I try to export the template (without any modifications !)
Wordpress export => CASH (memory error with long long error message)
Other exports => Everything is ok
I created 5 support tickets, no answer from ANY of them  (in every of them i said to Artisteer support that they could ask me WHAT they want to test)
I sent the whole error message every time, with config, how to reproduce and screen capture.
I can understand that some issues are complex and may take more time for investigation but for now Artisteer never answered me and i don't know how they can investigate without contacting me ...
Support ticket doesn't work
Support email doesn't work
Forums isn't checked by Artisteer team
So i need to wait some months until they found the bug by chance ...

Same here.
Crashes every 30 minutes. 125 dollars for ......... tons of lost work in the future?
Now i have to a post it note, reminding to save work for EVERY change i do.

I've just updated to the latest v3.1.0.45075 and found that the issues that have plagued me for months have now been addressed. Thanks Artisteer.

I have started getting the 'Exception type system 'OutOfMemoryException' was thrown" with Artisteer.4.0.0.59100 after my .artx file became larger. (This roblm is not related to my PC which has sufficient memory and specifications). Any solution please?
