DNN Footer problem in Artisteer 3

So I just did my first skin with Artisteer 3:
http://www.the7interchange.com/Home.aspx

When I applied the skin, the information in the footer was not correct. With previous versions of Artisteer, there would automatically be links to 'Terms of Use' and 'Privacy Statement'. Instead, it just reads 'Link 1 | Link 2 | Link 3'.

Also, a skin made with the previous versions would automatically pick upon the Copyright notice that is specified in my DNN Site Settings. With this version, I just get Artisteer's standard copyright notice ("Copyright 2011. All Rights Reserved').

I've fixed these by hand in the above skin, but I shouldn't have to. Did I miss something when I exported my skin? Or is this an issue with Artisteer 3 that others have noticed too?

You can also do it manually in the footer by adding a direct a href link to privacy.aspx and terms.aspx. That's fine for me, but I want to be able to put the login element in the footer and that needs to happen manually, along with excluding it from the main menu.

I've sent a ticket request to Artisteer to allow us to add valid DNN elements in the footer but the response was basically "just hack the skin after you export it".

@ Craig:

That's a nice looking site (www.the7interchange.com).
