 o meu também é completo e pago ativado, mas com o mesmo problema, não está salvando de maneira alguma. o que deve ser esse problema?

Sua cópia deve ter passado do período de ativação que é de 1 ano. Se sua cópia for válida basta ir em Arquivo -> Ativação e clicar em ativar, pronto. Pronto, poderá salvar normalmente.
