Create Pages & Not Create New Menu Tabs |

I posted this message else where and decided to post again in the right topic "HTML Templates"
Am wondering if I can create additional pages and it not throw out a new menu tab? I'd like to have a Privacy Policy page as well as a few others (some with hyperlinks in the footer). However, every time I create a new page it throws it in the top menu bar (which I want to use the menu bar). Don't want to create these pages as a child page either. Have tried to take a page already created and open it up in Expression3 then rename but it doesn't look right when I'm finished.
Suggestions?

I found it...... it's at the end of the Artisteer Menu under "Pages" to see a drop down and uncheck. Gosh, how many hours did I screw up before finding this.
