headerobject image jquery cycle |

Hi,
Using artisteer 3.0 and Drupal 6
I am able to use jquery to fade images using blocks no problem. I want to fade the headerobject image which isnt in its own block so i'm stuck. I can rotate the image using rotate.php within styles.css easily enough so using the same logic can I use jquery somehow ? Be great if i could get some direction. Thanks.

I overcomplicated things. Just added the jquery cycle code directly into page.tpl.php and the header image fades into the second image as desired.
