How to put more space between comments

Can someone please tell me how I can put more space between my comments on my blog template in blogger? They all look like they are running together there is no space in between them. And it makes them hard to read.

This does not work for me - I am looking for more space BETWEEN comments, not between the comments header and the first comment which is what the above seems to do. Or even a line before every comment to separate them would be of help
