Is there a way to incorporate Flash (SWF or FLV files) in the Article section of the HTML page generator? Something like the way you can easily add images.
This would also be nice for adding other types of multimedia (WMV, MOV, etc. files).
Is there any plan to add this functionality in the future release of V3?

Ive just done it and its kind of a cheat?
1. I placed the swf file in the same folder as the page that will incorporate it.
2. I already had the flash file in another page on an old site so i copied the code from the old site and plonked it into the new Atristeer template.
(a) granted I used a HTML editor and it worked perfectly
(b) if you can work the source code, then its a problem
(c) if your flash file is not already embedded in another page, are you able to do so to any html page and then grab the code?
I have not seen an INSERT button for flash ala INSERT IMAGE.

I had to open the HTML file in Dreamweaver and insert the Flash file there and then re-save it. I did nto see a way to insert it through Artisteer. I think this should be a standard feature.

I do the same thing as DAve, by inserting flash via Dreamweaver, but its really a hassel when I decide to go back to Artisteer 3 and make a revision to something in the design - then I have to re-do all the Dreamweaver content stuff again.
I wish that someone from Artisteer would comment on the future plans for adding this functionality to Artisteer 3 - and when we might look forward to it.

Yeah, it's kind of a pain. In addition, we need support for pop-up images like Lightbox. We also need more options for the Tables so we can control how they look a little better.

Maybe you already know this and maybe this have nothing to do with the subject. I found this yesterday and it works pretty fine.

Then you just copy paste your Embed Code into your web page.

Hello, Does it work with a photo gallery in flash because I try and it will not but maybe I do not use it well! thank you for this information

I really don't care if Artisteer adds a button to add Flash but for God's sake, please don't strip out the code I insert using the html tool. As previously stated, it does no good to insert this code after export because it will be lost in subsequent changes.
